Xoma is a sipping spirit best served neat, on the rocks, with a citrus squeeze, or with some soda.


However, there is no wrong way to drink Xoma, so here are a few of our team's recommendations...

Pichardo's Finest

The most simple and pure way to drink Xoma. Neat.

The Xoma co-op leader, Martin Pichardo introduces all guests to Xoma in this way, as he believes there is no other way to drink it. Take in the floral aromas and savor all the complex yet delicate flavors as it goes down smoothly. Distilled agave nectar at its finest.

Did you know that before the expression "there is no one way to skin a cat," there was the expression "there is no one way to drink Xoma." Let's be honest there is no one way to drink Xoma but some say the ice brings out some more citrusy undertones and makes the flavor last longer. Add some ice and get your Xoma sip on!

Xoma Limón

Squeeze in a splash of lemon, lime, or any citrus​ you fancy. The extra citrus twist gives a refreshing burst, making Xoma limón your new go-to lemonade. 

Xoma Soda

Keep it simple with Xoma, a splash of club soda, and fruit garnish. Stick with citrus or get creative with fun fruits like kiwi, pineapple, or mango.

What's more refreshing than a sliced cucumber? A pepina aka Xoma with cucumber, soda, and lime, or what we refer to as summer in a glass. 



Imagine all the freshness of a 

grapefruit with limited bitterness, this Paxoma is a highball cocktail that's as easy to make as it is to drink.

  • Simple Paxoma:

    • Three parts grapefruit, one part Xoma, garnish with lime wedge

  • Fancy Paxoma:

    • Start with 2 ounces Xoma

    • 2 ounces fresh grapefruit juice (save the wedges for garnish!)

    • 2 ounces sparkling water

    • ½ ounce lime juice

    • ¼ ounce agave or simple syrup, or to taste

    • Coarse sea salt, for the rim of the glasses


Named for the great Iacopo Santini, a classic drink for a classic man. ​

  • 2 ounces Xoma

  • 1 ounce Blanc Vermouth

  • ½ ounce dry curacao

  • 3 dashes orange bitters

  • garnish with an orange peel

Xoma Negroni

A Mexitalian remix.

  • One part Campari

  • One part sweet vermouth

  • One part Xoma

  • Garnish with an orange peel
